I'm a freelance graphic designer. I've been designing for over 20 years! I work with local businesses in the Midwest and help them develop their brand and grow their business. I've always loved art. In school, I took every art class I could. In fact my senior year, I took 2 art classes, one of which I got to teach myself! But I'm not just a graphic designer. I wear a lot of hats...
I'M A HUSBAND.
I'm a husband who deeply loves his wife, who knows exactly how she likes her coffee, who likes to help her pick out clothes when she wants to go shopping, who loves to cook with her even if sometimes it's like a dance, and other times it's like 5 o'clock traffic. And, believe it or not, I still enjoy hanging out with her after all these years.
I'M MANY OTHER THINGS, TOO.
I'm a huge fan of Superman. I even have the "S" tattooed on my arm. I'm the leader of a group called Untold Ministries. We are a team of actors that love Jesus and being dramatic. And as of recently, I can add play-write to my list. Yep, wrote and directed a musical. Got a couple more in the works...
AND OF COURSE, I'M A GRAPHIC DESIGNER.
I'm the kind of designer who gets more excited than a kid on Christmas morning when I get to help a new business get started. The kind who really listens to his clients in order to understand their projects and ideas. The kind who appreciates the graphic design in everything – from traffic signs and billboards to menus and television commercials. And trust me, as nice as this sounds, it can be a bit of a curse at times. But don't get me wrong, I wouldn't have it any other way.
